Nikki Galapon is a visual artist based in Richmond, Virginia. Her education is the result of a strong modern design foun- dation while studying at the Virginia Tech School of Architecture + Design, which emphasized the teachings of the early 20th century German Bauhaus architecture and design. This is where she discovered the connection with such modern masters as Kandinsky, Klee and Le Corbusier.
